If you are the owner or directly support the owner of a small business, we can provide a private space, logistics, and coaching talent for your team that delivers "moments of connection" where each individual is touched in a way that is memorable and lasting.

Our retreat center is available for booking for events during the months of April through October. We are located in Stonington, Connecticut, and close to area attractions (which we can incorporate into your retreat) for your team and their families. We design every retreat with you in mind, addressing the goals you set, designing and planning activities, facilitating workshops, hosting events, and catering food. Every business is unique and every retreat we put on for our clients is just as unique.

Prices for our retreats fluctuate based on the number of participants, number of days, coaches fees, and special events. Our lowest cost option, starting at $5,000, is a 2 day retreat with one overnight hotel stay for 4 individuals, and provides a full day of coaching and 1 local event. We can accommodate teams of up to 20 individuals plus their families for as many as 4 nights, including food and hotel. Travel arrangements are extra.

We will limit our retreats to only 4-5 this year as we build our brand, so this is an opportunity to customize the retreat exactly to your specifications. Plans for 2023 retreats need to be finalized by April 15th, and it takes about 3-4 weeks to plan each retreat, so act soon!
