The setup fee is required for all plans that require initial configuration by our IT support team. After our initial consultation, we will be able to tailor the setup to your specific situation and help you get started on the right track.
The setup fee includes:
- User names, emails, and app registration
- Up to 6 FFP apps ready to go (additional apps are available for an incremental fee)
- A 4 hour training session to go over the features and user interface
- Links to resources for training and customization
The setup process is a forms based information survey that you will fill out to get started immediately. Make sure you check your inbox for an email from [email protected]. This will contain the instructions to register your company and start the onboarding process.
