This option is made available to Free Forever Plan and Micro Plan users that want faster turnaround time to resolve issues. Our standard response time is 24 hours. If you subscribed to a Micro Business Plan, our response time is prioritized to 4 hours, meaning one of our service representatives will respond to your issue via phone or email within this timeframe. Limited to 10 users.
